Staff at the restaurant are very nice with high customer service mind I called the receptiom to send someone to help with the luggages at the room for the check-out but no one came.

charm of the old building the time of breakfast, no compromise of 10 minutes late, we are on holiday having toast and jam should be no issue. Anyway, staff was excellent it compensates my mood, we had late breakfast around the corner, and it was fantastic.

This hotel is a real gem. Beautiful rooms, great location and especially extremely friendly staff. The restaurant was outstanding, both for breakfast and dinner, with very good service and excellent food. We strongly recommend it! Nothing, our stay was really perfect.

The hotel is beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated, preserving its heritage while creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff were attentive and efficient, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was also very well designed. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Malacca’s main attractions. If we return to Malacca, we will definitely stay at The Majestic again. we liked everything
