Bed were comfortable and the water pressure was great A rather disappointing stay at Grand Flora Hotel. The only saving grace was the check-in process, which was reasonably fast, likely because there was no queue at the time. However, everything else went downhill from there. Upon entering the room, we found that the air conditioning was completely non-functional and blowing no air. When checked, the AC motor was heavily clogged with thick dust. Although a technician was sent to clean it while we were inside, we ultimately requested a room change for our comfort. While we were given another room, what disappointed us the most was the front desk's attitude—not a single apology was uttered for the inconvenience caused. This lack of basic hospitality was highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, the overall room maintenance was poor; the carpet was dirty, and parts of the wallpaper were already peeling off. The management seriously needs to improve their room upkeep, cleanliness, and staff customer service training."

The location is strategic and easy to park. The room was clean. It would be much better if the hotel put a mirror in the room too instead of just in the bathroom. The staff was friendly & helpful. None

We don't agree on our first and second room at level 3 and 4. Because we feel uncomfortable about the rooms due to some issues. The staff then upgrade us to another better room,VIP Room. Before I stay at the VIP room, I checked the room first with the staff again if there's any similar issues. I so impressed it's clean and better. And thank you for your understanding. Appreciate it.

The place is in a strategic area and a lot of food is located near the hotel. The air-conditioning was not cool and kept on shut down. since I was out of the hotel most of the time I didn't complain to the staff.

modern style, near with Pantai Klebang, friendly service, a lot of parking space need to come out with variety of foods for breakfast

A little bit dusty, the toilet is so so (toilet bowl rocking, the tap broken) , the aircond need long time to cool, the freezer is not functioning, the window is loose so much noise from outside leaked in also from the balcony door.
