The bathroom door served almost no purpose and water can easily get everywhere. The room was quite tiny for a family of 4 especially for the price. Breakfast could have had a better selection. The shuttle drives to ALL the Hotels in the area going to Disney, so it remains overly crowded and many stops before the destination.

Room was nice and comfortable. The free shuttle to the parks was convenient. The hotel was close to the parks which is exactly what we wanted. Having breakfast was nice. The dinner was affordable and VERY good, the pizza was big and delicious! We shared between 2 adults. The wifi was really spotty, it went in and out a lot during our stay. The breakfast could have used a protein (overall good but a lot of carbs). Luggage storage was decently full by 11 am- had to use 2 medium storage compartments for bags which was $10 for 8 hours (the choices were 3 hours or 8 hours or all day). The shuttle only did pickup from the park every hour and it was between multiple hotels so it was VERY crowded and people were practically shoving each other to get on. Some people didn't make it on the shuttle a few times we were there so either had to walk, taxi, or wait another hour for the next shuttle.

The breakfast could have had a little more variety.

The best thing about this hotel is the location of it. It was close to Disney and offered a bus to take you to and from the park. We also appreciated that it offered breakfast in the morning. That was really helpful to start our day. All of the staff was really nice and very helpful. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never stayed in a hotel room as small at this. My luggage barely fit. It was difficult packing because it didn't fit on the floor so we had to do a lot of it on the bed. The bathroom smelled so bad. The smell would stop and then all of a sudden it would start smelling really bad again. We would plug our nose to get in there and hurry as fast as we could. There were 2 sheets, no comforter, and it was so cold. There was one extra towel in the closet, but no extra blankets. For this hotel you are definitely paying for location and not experience.

That the hotel is the last stop to get to Disney so the bus was always full. Breakfast was very busy, but lots of bread and places to sit.

The breakfast

Our family of 4 were very comfortable in the room and it’s set up. We slept great! We loved the big window we could open and see the beautiful area. Took a short walk behind the hotel which was beautiful when we needed fresh air and to kill a little time. The breakfast area was huge and very accommodating. I loved the multiple machines for coffee and juice so there was pretty much no waiting and they all worked great. The staff did a great job keeping things moving. We liked the lobby had water and mini croissants to grab. The hotel was clean staff was kind. The shuttle to Disney was also easy and great! Nothing really, great hotel! Do wish the lobby had more *comfortable places to sit. Also I always add in my reviews to say that hotels need a little nightlight of some sort in the bathrooms for nighttime visits so the bright light can stay off. Especially with little kids.

The hotel forget to setup the birthday decorations for my child's 5th birthday. They did however give a refund after I went and said that the set was not done in the room. Checking in could also be more stream line.

Super staff. Good continental breakfast, although inconsistent (hot meat one day, no meat the next) Small rooms. Shuttle service (as a Disneyland Paris Good Neighbor partner) was horrible.

Breakfast better than expected

Breakfast isn't good. Bus isn't from the hotel but from some contract with 6 hotels, so we needed to take an Uber as buses were full after 10.40 pm, nobody respect the row, so is messy and taxis outside request 30 or 40 euros to the hotels.

Nice place, close to Disneyland entrance, acessible by bus. Very decorated inside with toys and arcades, nice breakfast and very clean and spacious rooms.
