Brandnew hotel

It was well located, close to the beach, and the city center of Magaluf. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. You can also use the facilities such as the pool, pool table (paid), ping pong, and bocci. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Some breakfast options did not feel so fresh. A mini fridge would have come in handy to keep the water cool.

Close to the beach The walls are very thin, so depending on what type of "neighbors" you might have, you might have issues getting a proper rest.

Everything was super. The man who always meet us in the restaurant was incredibly positive and full of energy. The man who always closes the umbrellas outside is so cute too.

Everything was good except the way the organised the restourant area and the service there. At dinner.Waiting 10 minutes for them to seat you at a table and there are 15 empty tables. They put priority for people who eate and are waiting to pay for their drinks than to give you a seat toa table.And 20 people are waiting in line for nothing,to be seated...Also one time they say go buy drink from the bar for dinner becouse drinks are not included and the next time they say you can't bring in drink(watter I bought from the hotell bar),need to order on the table instead.I said okey so if we now can't bring from bar I will ordere on table tomorrow now I alredy have watter let me drink it.The waitrees said let me ask the boss and never came back with an answer.Like mid stay you change how you want us to pay for drinks and where...

Very convenient to go anywhere!

first of all, I lpve their staff. They'very welcoming,very friendly and so accomodating. I wish I knew their names but Gemma and the wonderful staffat thw dining area and the bar were amazing. The food were awesome, better than some reataurants we ate at. We totally enjoyed our stay so thank you guys x At night it could get noisy because of the partting kids..

Very close to everything. Great value for price. Lots of other young people. Very kind and accommodating staff. Uncomfortable beds. Repetitive buffet.

The food was very little for breakfast but for dinner the food was good and filling but there was also something I didn't like which is that they didn't care about people who don't eat pork and more than 90% of the meat dishes were made from pork

A lady next door was beating the sh*t out of her kids for 7 days straight and we could hear everything because the walls were paper thin

HSM Don Juan is definitely good value for the money. The breakfast was tasty, and it had a lot of options to choose from. The room we stayed in was clean, and everything worked. The AC is nice, and the beds could be more comfy. The walls are thin, and you can hear someone snoring next door, which is unpleasant. The staff could also be more friendly. There is a big parking lot across from the hotel which is free and there is always parking which is just perfect. Overall a nice stay. As I mentioned, the thin walls through which you hear someone watching TV or snoring or whatever. The beds are not the comfiest. As I also noted, there is a male receptionist whose name starts with an "R" who can be more friendly.
