The staff, location and size of room was great. The meal at the roof top restaurant was exceptional. he lgpt organization had a weekend of events across from the hotel and they also guests there, which made it quite crowded and also blocked of driving traffic for a few hours in the evenings. The hotel staff were very helpful in getting taxis for us during this time

The location is excellent and the facilities are spacious. The hotel is understaffed in the breakfast room; either that or the waiters avoid to make eye contact to avoid being asked for service. In addition, the omelets served are undercooked inside and kind of burnt on the outside. This was consistent during our stay.

VP Plaza is the best hotel in Spain! Absolutely everything is amazing here, especially the quality of service! The rooms are well furnished, quiet and clean. The location is perfect, the breakfasts are delicious.

The location is its best attribute. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Noise from the hall was very loud. Couldn’t bring in food from the outside and eat in the lobby. Rooms were small and overpriced. Can’t access the restaurant from the hotel elevator.

The property is modern and in very good condition with lots of attention to details and great service by all staff. The beds were comfortable and the spa was good too.

The staff were the only best thing in this hotel The bathroom smells very bad, they changed my room & still the other room has the same issue. For a 5 star hotel & with this price, I shouldn’t be facing for these minor issues.

Room was a bit tight for a deluxe family room. Pool experience could be improved. They quickly kick you out after 7pm, but you can't just go sit and finish your drink or food in the roof restaurant. They kick you out of that as well for not having a reservation as it is open to the public. Staff in the roof bar and pool could be a bit friendlier. Breakfast needs some improvement for a five star hotel in terms of variety and selection.
