It's in a great location, close to everything but on a quiet street which is rare. I've chosen this hostel whenever I'm in Madrid if I'm looking for a good night's rest. Guests are usually quite respectful and considerate. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful, (like Olympia who was an absolute star) Sadly some of the facilities haven't been updated over the years. The bathroom needs shelves in the dressing area to put other items besides hooks for the towels, especially in the women's dorm. I'd hate to see this great hostel become run down so I hope on my next visit there are some updates.
