amazing hotel, very friendly and professional staff.

It was an amazing stay here. The staff was super friendly and will practice Spanish with you, if you’re learning. The room was great and the bar in the hotel was great as well.

Excellent quality for the money Limited explanation of amenities and options at check-in

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was easy to get around Paris, and the host was friendly and responsive. Nothing—we had a great stay.

Fantastic room overall, however a bit of renovation would be nice. Super comfy beds, stunning bathroom and 5-star level of attention from the staff.

The bar was super good! Bartender Dany is a very kind person and super professional. Also, the fact that we were able to watch the final of the Championship League there was super convenient Rooms were not ready for check in even at 3:30 pm Had to call 2 times asking maintenance to check my A/C The building is under renovation and it was not mentioned l, making the in and out with the cars a bit challenging

???? The hotel’s strongest advantage is its location. It is well positioned, making it easy to reach Madrid’s main attractions and move around the city conveniently. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent. ??The service was consistently good throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever assistance was needed. ??The restaurant offered tasty food with a good variety of options, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. ??Our room was approximately 25 square meters, which was adequate for two guests and acceptable for three at most. The room amenities were good, housekeeping standards were satisfactory, and the bathroom was well maintained. The shower worked properly, and all requested toiletries, towels, and additional items were promptly provided. The furniture was acceptable and functional, although not particularly impressive for a hotel in this category. If asked whether I personally consider this a true five-star hotel, I would say it feels closer to a good four-star property rather than a five-star one. That said, our overall experience was positive. We enjoyed our stay, had a pleasant time in Madrid, and would consider the hotel a comfortable and well-located option, particularly for travelers who prioritize location and service over luxury accommodations. ?? The lobby and main entrance create a strong first impression and largely reflect the standards expected from a five-star hotel However, once you move to the upper floors, there is a noticeable decline in the overall look and feel. The atmosphere no longer conveys the same five-star experience presented in the public areas. ???? The main drawback of our stay was the noise insulation. We could clearly hear traffic and street noise from outside, doors opening and closing in neighboring rooms, and even movement from rooms above us. The acoustic insulation falls below what would typically be expected from a five-star property and had a noticeable impact on comfort, relaxation, and sleep quality.

Great location
-
Location was great It’s been renewed on the outside so when you opened the windows, there was dust and all the debris right there. Also, the family room had a huge column right by the bunk bed that took space from the room.
-
Level club bar was great If there was an offer of disposable underwear for spa this hotel was 10/10

Comfortable, clean, kind staff, excellent breakfast The internal pool under payment and with very limited time for kids (we booked the hotel because of the pool), and to pay 15 euros per person per day to use it between 12-16hs was not nice and also would mean not being able to enjoy the city ding lunch time…. This information is not clear in booking…. Not mentioned during check out, we discover when we got to the pool and my son was so disappointed to leave….
-
Pleasant staff and very helpful. Clean , unfortunately the Noise from street is the only thing was negative but I guess it has nothing to do with the hotel itself if you going to to role out the Insulation of the windows Designs and locations
