The room was recently furnished and cleaned every day. I already knew the „compactness” of Ibis Budget hotels, so no surprises here. Breakfast was decent, not quite large choice, but ok for the price. Staff was very polite and helpful, speaking good English, so top rate for them. The hotel is located close to subway Line 1 and to bus station for several lines. Ibis has gone too far in the cost cutting (I have stayed in Ibis Budget some years ago and they were better). I can understand the small room size and efficiency measures, but doors without handles (or any mean of keeping door closed) for the toilet, or missing a hands/face towel, are cuts which make no sense. Actually, within the available space, one room for the bathroom (including toilet, shower and sink) would have been a much better solution from all points of view. Another negative aspect was the continuous noise from the nearby highway, despite the double-layer windows installed.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Too much noise from M30 highway. No privacy in bathroom, as toilet, shower and sink are separated. The room is not well isolated either.

Everything about the stay was great. The rooms was clean and large enough for a solo traveller. The staff were very kind and the facilities were great. The location is spectacular as it is close to the train and bus station (15 minutes away) with the bus stops and metro to the centre being a couple minutes of walk away. There are shops and supermarkets around as well.
