The hotel is in a great location, just one block from Puerta del Sol. The room was very small, but clean and comfortable.

The staff was really nice. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the AC and they immediately sent someone to have a look and also fix it in case it was broken. AC was working perfectly for the entire stay. Location is also amazing, right in the center while it wasn’t noisy at night. Beds were a bit hard but that’s to expect from a hostel. Rooms were cleaned every day and the bathroom was big enough with a good shower. You can access the room at any time during the night, and the reception hours are very wide which was convenient to drop the luggage off early. Perhaps it was a bit expensive for a 2 star hostel, but the location is most likely the cause of that so the price makes sense.

The location was close to many restaurants and shopping options. The room was clean. The noise outside went on all night long. People were partying, arguing and riding cars and motorcycles throughout the night. I finally gave up on sleep at 5:30 am. The beds and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable.

Excellent location, just 2 blocks from Plaza Mayor, safety area They change me my espectation room with elevator access, and assign us a room with out elevator, and was unconfortable for two laddies with heavy baggage, and the shower drain was clogged and tje water is backing up. I reported to front desk, and they doesn't anything, if rhey fixes all those little point, is a perfect property for any turist

Centrally located. Near a lot of places to visit. The only mirror was in the bathroom. There’s no place to put your toiletries when you’re in the shower.

Excellent location near Puerta del Sol; excellent and friendly staff that allowed us to leave our bags in the reception while we toured the city. Slight dirtiness and random hairs found in the room.
