Great location There should be a nespresso machine in the room. It’s 4 Star. It lacked a few amenities .

Location Way over priced for amenities in room and comfort. Staff barely spoke English hard to communicate. Garbage left in hallwaYs. Staff storage/cleaning room left open all night with dirty linens and garbage.

Breakfast is quite expensive given that you can go down the street and get a typical Spanish breakfast for less than €10

Great central location about a 12 minute walk to Retiro Park. Near Gran Via and Porto de Sol plaza. Felt safe walking around. The room was large but the air conditioner was not working well. Massive heat wave in Europe June 2026. The shower door also was off track. No wash clothes. Air conditioner was not 100 percent working. Better instructions for the TV since the 2026 World Cup was on.

This was our third stay, and it continues to be our favorite hotel in Madrid. We keep coming back because everything is consistently excellent. The location is unbeatable—it's within easy walking distance of so many of the city's top sights, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The staff is always warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check-in and check-out are quick and efficient, and everyone goes out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we always feel safe and secure during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again on our next visit to Madrid! Nothing

Second stay here and still absolutely love it. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and make everything feel easy from check-in onward. The location is hard to beat—you can walk to everything in central Madrid in just a few minutes, including Puerta del Sol, shops, restaurants, and major sights. It’s a perfect base for exploring the city, and I’d happily stay again. There was nothing I didn’t like—everything was great from start to finish.

The staff was friendly. The location was close to a beautiful square, but still quiet. The breakfast was exceptional.

Location. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning . Pleasant staff. Poor water pressure in the bathroom so showers were not satisfactory. Only an over bath shower - dangerous for older guests. Wine and tapas advertised but never available. Lobby service was non existent other than the front desk.

So close to everything! Walked everywhere and not far from any of the plazas. The fresh water and apples in the lobby are such a great thing as it’s so hot outside♥️ Need t make sure there is soap and shampoo in dispensers.

The bar wasn't open every evening so no-where to get a quiet drink.
