TV control was out of function, a kind of noisy outside at night, the bathroom was noisy when flush, and the wall was very thin you can hear from next room talking

It was acceptable but expensive for what we had. We paid double as there was 2 booking for the same date (in and out). They refused to refund any! We were 2 persons checking in 2 rooms on 12 November for 1 night and paid for 4 rooms instead of 2 rooms at the end.

Excellent Location, perfect for shopping. The receptionist who attended us was very kind, she showed us what to do in a day

Location Elevator didnt work so well. Neighbor didnt feel very safe.

Small room and bathroom, the only window was overlooking an internal space with outside bodies of air conditioners, which also caused noise.

The location was amazing. Right in the center of Madrid. High energy and some people up very late at night, but all good. I enjoyed my stay. The room was great. Just a little cramped even for one person, but it worked out fine.

Location is top! And it is easy to check in and check out I have a huge air conditional block in my balcony

It was for me the last minute accommodation. It’s perfectly placed close to downtown. Really nice stuff.
