Staff professional, friendly, and approachable. Building is wonderful, breakfast excellent. Good central location. Smoking in the courtyard. Should be limited to outside the building.

The decor was lovely. The desk staff was awesome -- good humor, discrete, and helpful in exploring Madrid. The views from the pool were amazing -- I recommend adding more such photos to your Bookings.com listing! (My attached photos are shots from your rooftop... you're welcome to use the shots if you want.) Small things I like that you had Liquor 43 at the bar. My fave! The elevator was efficient. It's a small thing, but lots of hotels aren't good at that. The towels at the pool were comfy and good at drying. High quality. Your massage therapist needs to be more explicit about consent up front. The massage was good, but midway through the extra lingam attention was not something I expected. I asked him to back off, he did, and we're all good, but I know others would have felt violated by that contact not being negotiated first. The pool needs a rail for entry/exit. One of my friends broke his arm getting out of the pool. I watched others stumble and catch themselves. Yeah, most of your guests are fit guys, so maybe our injury was a rare thing, but I think a railing down those big stairs would help a lot of people without interfering with the ambiance. Maintenance had some problems -- our shower leaking into the room below, doors that didn't quite hang right, that sort of thing. Nothing major, just needs a bit of attention. Y'all did a great job keeping the hotel clean, but whatever you are using to clean the carpets is a really intense chemical. Definitely needs fans and better window ventilation. Had a couple folks in my party complain about that making them feel a bit nauseous.

Perfect location. The room was super clean, fun, and comfortable. Loved the small touches to make it queer friendly. Staff were so helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend.

The location is great and the staff were attentive. The room had a number of flaws. The mattress was hard, which is fine, but the pillows were like marshmallows and this produced a dreadful combo. Hard to get a decent sleep when added to a pink neon sign on the wall. It should also be said that the "pool" is actually really narrow and given that all the guys just stand in it and drink beers whilst chatting, it really doesn't work.

The rooftop pool was great for sunset. The design of the bedroom was very contrasting and not "cosy".

Cool and well designed hotel with amazing rooftop bar and pool. Central location just ten minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and right by some great restaurants and bars.

Good location Rooms and pool area need a lot of maintenance, pool was not clean. Left some expensive belongings in the room and was told they were not there.

It was in a good location and the staff were very accommodating. The pool area was lovely but we were surrounded by smokers which was a bit unpleasant so we didn't stay for long and didn't use the pool area the following day.

My necklace was stolen from my room during my stay. I explicitly asked for my room not to be cleaned or entered, but my wishes were ignored and the room was cleaned anyway. After this clean I returned to my room and my necklace was no longer there.
