Restaurant and bar staff was not friendly or accommodating.

Really liked the location and the pool. The mural was beautiful and we were really lucky to get one of the properties 2 decks. That was a really special bonus. No ice machine and it was a heat wave. The fridge was hot so you couldn’t keep any beverages cold. When you asked for ice at the bar the bartender got really snarky. He’d give you one small wine glass with 4 or 5 cubes. When I asked for a bucket he said a sharp “NO!”.

The rooms are too tiny and you can't even have an open suitcase in the room.

The staff were very accommodating. We arrived at night, and the reception staff kindly kept our bags while we had dinner at the restaurant before going to our room. The pool was great, and the drink service was a nice touch. We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was the only thing that could be improved. I was surprised that, despite being a breakfast buffet, you had to ask for eggs or pancakes, and each person could only order one. I’ve never experienced that at a hotel buffet before, so it felt a little restrictive. Other than that, everything was great.

Excellent location, a great starting point for many of the city's attractions. Hype energy, the rooftop terrace, but also the inner courtyard, the bar, and the restaurant menu are a very important plus when visiting Madrid, especially, but not exclusively, as a solo traveler Poor quality breakfast and very expensive compared to the prices of local spots in the area. In my opinion, it is not worth the price, neither for the variety of products nor for the service—during my 6-night stay, they didn't even bother to replace the jam jars once they were empty, the butter packs ran out, and they brought me two small pieces of butter cut from a large block kept in the fridge. It's not even worth it for the operating hours, as there is no option for an early breakfast. Rooftop terrace – you need to check the schedule, as there are private events that might restrict access to the terrace. I experienced this on a Saturday night when access was limited to a small, crowded area, while the rest was reserved, as mentioned, for a private event.

The front staff was friendly. When we read in the description online the room size was in sq meters. Please also put square feet in the description. The rooms were very small.

Great location, hotel was very clean and metro is across the street My only complaint is the shower leaked a bit but I put a towel down and it wasn’t an issue. I didn’t use the pool because it looked very crowded but that’s natural in the peak of summer season.

the oom size is too small. You only got free coffee pods on the 1st night. The shower is directly in the bedroom. No place for luggage. Foul smell coming from the drain in one morning (it went away after a couple of hours so we didn't tell the staff). Windows didn't open, bird shit visible if curtains were open.
-
Friendliness and location. No room to store anything.
-
The pool The word “fucking” was written everywhere as if it was funny. Bad taste
-
One a bit complicated lady at the front desk but otherwise no issues.
-
Breakfast quality was good but the tables are very close together and wasn't intiually clear that could order fresh items like omelettes as well as the buffet. Just a minor thing which better communicajron could solve (:

Location and breakfast Room size
-
The location, it was close to the main street. the customer service, Claudia was very racist.
-
The location was great. Metro station close by, and walking distance to many places. The breakfast was very nice. And the staff was helpfull. The only thing is that the room was small like japanese hotels:) there was coffe machine but there is no kettle for tea. But there is not enough space to put a kettle. Towel slippers would be nice. And one last thing is about lighting. The shower is glass, and when someone gets up at night and goes to toilet, there is just 1 lighting. When you switch it on, the whole room lights up because of the glass shower, and the other person sleeping wakes up:) there should be a small lighting at the toilet.

Location, cool design, friendly staff, quiet rooms
-
Great rooftop and location! The rooms are way too small. You cannot open your carry on luggage in the room, there is not enough space wall to wall.
-
