Super clean! Super cute! Amazing hospitality!! They were checking in on me, introducing me to the local restaurants!! I loved my room , its got everything you need!! My trip to Madrid was cut short but when I return I already know where to stay!

The staff were extremely helpful, polite, enjoyable to be around. The room was perfect, some might say the room was small, but it was perfect size for me. The shower was heavenly. After being on the Camino for 6 and a half weeks the room not only served my needs, but over exceeded my expectations. It was walking distance to many major attractions, and eating establishments. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great place I would not change a thing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Location was perfect, walkable to most sites, with metro stops nearby. Great cafes and restaurants too. Though the room was small (as expected), it was very comfortable.

Location was awesome Staff were very helpful and friendly The welcome cava and snacks was a very nice touch. Fridge in room Staff had information on anything we requested. Room was very tiny but all we did was sleep there so it wasn’t an issue .

Convenient location! Nothing.

Central location, near tourist spots and along Atocha so near enough the train station too. Can leave luggage before check in and after checkout which was helpful for sightseeing activities. Room was small but well-lit and designed, complete with the useful amenities. AC was working perfectly which was great for Madrid heat. We booked it last minute but received prompt updates and reminders via whatsapp. Water is potable but received free water bottles and welcome candied. Best part for me was that the Evoke team was super warm and welcoming and went out of their way to support and answer our questions.

I like the location and the staff were very kind and attentive. It’s was a little noisy sometimes because the building is sharing with others apartments, but nothing too much.

The location is excellent; very walkable. The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. They are a bit small, as expected for a budget hotel in center, and aligning with the photos. There was a nice welcome kit in room and staff was very friendly. Elevator was welcome and the code entry was easy to use. There was an odd note about not eating in the rooms, despite them leaving us welcome snacks and there being a refrigerator. The space is a bit tight and limited amenities in the hotel (ie. kitchen area, gym, etc.) - but that's in line with a budget hotel and listed amenities.

This place in such a great spot, the staff is super friendly and the process of checking in and checking out was simple and easy.
