The place was clean, close to the city Center

Location is really good! Breakfast was good too. I wished it had a kitchen or at least a common Fridge.

Room and roommates were very quiet so it was relaxing, and I liked that there were some privacy with the curtains. I also liked the overall feeling, the hostel, it was very nice. Well, it's hard to keep shared spaces super clean if there is 8 people in the same room, but yes, that could have been little better, but some people are different with how clean they are. Also, the outdoor area would have so much more potential to be lovely space to hang out, instead to have some empty "stages" there where people can smoke. Because place were lovely, would have been nice to see some patio/plants, cosy sitting area there too!

Good location and staff were lovely. Not very a very social hostel when I stayed. In the premium rooms the lockers are tiny and do not fit suitcases (could only fit a small backpack) My curtains also were not big enough so you could see into my bed. Also bottom bunk in these rooms are very low felt almost like I was sleeping on a mattress on the ground.

Staff was great, room was great, breakfast great! The place was in the center of Madrid, and there were plenty of restaurants near by and a market. I really enjoyed my stay here. The WiFi was a bit challenging to connect even though the stepped were followed. However, a friendly staff member helped me and we used his info so I could get connected. Then it worked fine.

Great hostel. Lots of social areas with lots of opportunity to meet people. Pub crawl is a lot of fun. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Good location and staff available to help you 24h. I also had no problem requesting to change my check out day last minute and got refunded.

Everything from the staff that great you when you arrive …and the ones that advise you on where to go. The breakfast there is excellent value. I will go back
