Best air conditioner ever! The convenience to parks, museums, restaurants and shops is unmatched. The view was amazing. The food was good. They had onsite laundry service. Very friendly staff as well.

Location Too small for 2 persons and bad AC. Balconies are to close to each others so you can go to another room easily. So close your windows before leaving

Its location (opposite) Retiro park, nicely designed rooms, friendly staff. 5 minute walk from El Prado. It was away from some of the attractions we wanted to visit, although all within walking distance.

Air conditioner did not work properly,after the first night we had to move to a second room , that one worked ok but not great still was not a good cool but we handelled it
