Great Hotel with Excellent Staff We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend the hotel. The hotel was pleasant, and most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We did unfortunately find maggots in one of our rooms, but the hotel dealt with this promptly and professionally, moving us to another room and offering complimentary breakfast as compensation. Daniel was particularly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The restaurant staff were also lovely. Unfortunately, the barman was extremely rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing and made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, despite this experience, the hotel handled the issue well and we would still recommend staying here. Barman

Had a great stay in Madrid. The location made getting around for work seamless, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful during my check in. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver during the heatwave this week! I would definitely book here again! Nothing I didn't like.
