The customer service. I felt that I paid too much for a hotel like that. Is a nice hotel but not to cost €330 a night. The facilities need to be updated, and they need a deep cleaning service. Breakfast was ok, nothing really exceptional. The room was regular size, but the bathroom is small. I had to walk side ways to go to he toilet.I am not going back because with that money I can get a really nice hotel.

The breakfast was very complete and the waiters were very attentive to our needs. Thank you I would have wanted a room a little bigger, but at the end it worked.

The size of the bedroom and the breakfast. The bathroom (It could have a better door for the shower), and towels could be more soft.

I was having trouble with my credit card and the front desk officer was so patient with me. I checked in at the last minute and was completely stressed so I appreciated the kindness.

The receptionists were very helpful! We asked them about the Metro and one of them gave us a metro card with five rides left so we were able to use it and reload it. After we figured out our bearings, we were able to use the Metro to go back to the main train station a few days later instead of taking a taxi which takes longer than the convenient metro which is not even half a block away! The supermarket was right around the corner (2min walk) so you can pick up fresh fruit, drinks, breakfast items!

The property was very clean and looked as if it had been remodeled recently. Staff members at the desk were particularly nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and the mattress was good quality. The little restaurant on site for breakfast was a plus. Our room was a bit small but it had everything that we needed and the location of the property was good.
