Breakfast was terrible. Why don’t you cook sausage? Hey don’t you fry bacon until it is crispy? Why do t you all not eat cereal and oatmeal?

Very comfortable room (we needed a triple one and it was a real one, not with an uncomfortable sofa bed), spacious bathroom with ventilation, good water pressure, air conditioning and delicious breakfast, with both savory and sweet items. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly, and special mention to the guy organizing breakfast reception, a very friendly person. Great location: steps away from Puerta de Toledo metro station, but also walking distance from Plaza Mayor.

The hotel location is excellent and is situated close to main tourist attractions. Along the way, there are many supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It turns a bit quieter at night and we had very good sleep. The receptionists are super friendly and took the time to give you a brief description of the areas. We will stay here again next time.

My favorite hotel in Madrid… Perfect location, especially if you’re driving a car… The breakfast buffet is fantastic! And the people that work there are wonderful and helpful… Nada

Location is very good, comfort and cleanliness was excellent. The room is spacious enough for two people. The bathroom has a window, which is always a nicer option than a simple ventilation. Staff was very welcoming. The water mixer in the bathroom was a bit tricky until you get the right temperature - it was either too hot or too cold, but eventually it works. Not a dealbreaker at all for us.

Close to where our granddaughter was studying abroad. Lots of great small cafes and restaurants.

Location was good and the staff was pleasant The room was really grimy - the surfaces were wiped and the linens were changed but i don’t think the room was ever cleaned beyond that. The bathroom as well, quite moldy… The breakfast was a big disappointment since it was rated as “wonderful” on booking, it’s “good” at best. All in all, we feel like we overpaid.

Great location and firm bed. Excellent housekeeping. Shower alternates between scalding hot and cold. Room a bit stuffy.
