You may place a kettle in the rooms along with some complementary tea/coffee sachets as is the practice in good hotels. This is because the hotel does not have its own restaurant working throughout the day.

Location is great Our air conditioner wasn’t working well. We had to request the reception multiple times to get it checked. They tried to help by giving us an another room to sleep in for a night and gave us fans in the room but it was very inconvenient. Besides that the elevator wasn’t working for half our stay and having room on 4th floor was inconvenient

The staff here is excellent! Great location right by Plaza de Espanya and Callao.

Breakfast was awesome. But I am not sure why when I was booking it , that it said I would have to pay 25E per person. At check in I was asked if I wanted this and we were offered it for 10E per person. Room was too hot. The air conditioning did not work. We asked the front desk to fit it, but they just turned it back on. We had shut if off to have it stop blowing warm air, although the setting was on cool and the temp was as low as we could put it. The bed was also very hard.

I didn't like how the lights in the room worked. You had to put your key card for the room in the slot to turn on the lights and then if you only wanted a few lights on you had to unplug the other lights.

Family room with balcony looking over Gran Via The room was super hot and could use some updating. Boogers were wiped across the wall near bunk beds.

Clean and location was great! Rooms are small and needs a ramp on the stairs at the entrance.

We had a balcony room. It was great to see the city come alive each day. The breakfast buffet was really good, fresh fruit and pastries. You had to carry luggage upstairs to the lobby.
