Felt we were treated brilliantly right from the start. Breakfast was lovely because we could sit in the courtyard - absolutely heaven! Nothing!

The room was quiet and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were standard but worked. The location was very convenient located near metro and bus routes into the city center. Some good restaurants in the locality as well. I recently traveled to another hotel and found a similar quirk of not having sufficient storage space to unpack and put my luggage away. There were maybe three or four hangers in an open plan closet and one drawer. Hardly enough for two people to unpack comfortably.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy cómoda, con los metros de Argüelles prácticamente al lado y con todo tipo de facilidades (tiendas, restaurantes, farmacias, etc). La habitación era grande y muy cómoda. Nada que destacar!

Staff that welcomed us was very nice and friendly though the one that checked us out was a different story (a bit rude) We didn’t have breakfast as we had plenary of places were to go, specifically the one that’s infringed of Aldi (a block away from the hotel, just around Zara) Money wise, I think we paid too much, there were concerts on that weekend and the Pope was arriving the following weekend. They clean our room every day which was very nice cos we had our baby with us so the bin needed to be changed every day.

Nice room, clean. The last night they didn’t do the room, so I came back to the hotel to an untidied room. There was no reception number anywhere available , so I had to go downstairs to pick up new towels and toilette paper. When I commented this to the hotel, they answered my that I should have posted the “ make my room” sign on the door ( even though I did it ). It was a good stay, but I think the hotel didn’t manage this problem well.
