Good location The breakfast in the hotel’s (?) café was very disappointing — the selection was extremely limited, and everything was served in portions. If you wanted anything extra, you had to pay additional charges. There was also no proper drinking water available. When I asked for water (still or mineral), I was given tap water that had an unpleasant taste and a strong smell of chlorine. The room lacked basic conveniences such as a luggage rack for a suitcase and a kettle. There was also no coffee machine available in the corridor for guests who wanted an early morning coffee. Overall, the room price was not justified by the quality of the facilities and the general living conditions.

Location is unbeatable. In a second, you walked to Gran Via. With short walk, you can reach to major sites, the palace, Prado museum, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor..... All good food nearby. Noisy from midnight garbage pickup. But with earbud, it will be easily reduced.

The location is excellent, just a few metres from the famous Gran Vía and several other popular squares. The room is very clean and serviced daily The parquet flooring is very squeaky, and the noise can also be heard coming from other rooms. We stayed on the second level, and outdoor sounds were very noticeable inside the room, especially at night.

Central & convenient location Great staff Otherwise, basic hotel with fair prices that is good for short stays.. for longer stays, a bit not comfortable (no seating area in the room, no storage, bed mattresses slightly hard etc)
