A really nice place in a quiet part of the city. Very friendly manager, clean rooms, big enough for 4 people. The part that really surprised us with how clean and neat and tidy they keep it. Because for us, it was only a pit stop in our road trip. Located next door to a convenient store that pretty much had very good grab and go breakfast. Our flight was very delayed and we were really worried about losing the room, but the person emailing us kept in touch and kept the place ready, and the key ready for us for a quick check in which made all the difference. Congratulations for a good job.

The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. They surprised me with a free room upgrade upon arrival. The room was clean and well kept. Nice quiet street close to restaurants and markets. Thank you again too Nuri and Roberto for a great stay!

We had a delightful stay and would definitly go back! The staff members couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, doing everything they could to make things easier and to make us feel at home. Our room was upgraded for free. The hotel and the rooms are modern, very clean, and comfortable. In the room a kettle, cups, tea bags and a bottle of water. In the cafeteria there's a coffee machine free to use at any time. It was great because we had to leave to the airport very early and couldn't have breakfast, so it was great to be able to have a cup of coffee before! The hotel is in the very nice and lively "lavapies" neighbourhood, very close to the beautiful "Latina" neighborhood. Many authentic restaurants, bars and cafeterias. It's also very close to the Atocha train station. This is not something we didn't like but it should be taken into account for some people: the center of the city is not very close. So if you want to go walking to the city center (Plaza Mayor/Sol/Gran vía) you would need to walk around 25 minutes (which is not a lot for many people).

Second time I stayed and it's absolutely perfect location, wonderful staff and amazing room.

Great staff, very welcoming. I arrived a bit early and they were able to accommodate me in a larger room with no extra charge. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location is interesting and can feel very urban depending on which way you travel. The hotel itself is very nice. N/A

Fabulous hotel hosted by Roberto who was so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Stylish, modern, quiet, comfortable room which contained complementary red wine and olives. Roberta was really helpful in recommending places to visit and local places to eat. The hotel is slightly off the tourist route which made it extra special but it’s within easy walking distance of the sites of Madrid. If we are back in Madrid we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
