Hotel Bonapace

Breakfast was amazing and stuff was so accomodating. They let us do late checkout and were really nice. Somethig was wrong with their water. It smelled like rotten eggs every time I turned on sink or shower. The stench was nausiating. The water tested fine but I could just not get over the smell.

Location, breakfast, spa. For part of apartments, the way to spa goes outdoor... Extra pay for spa/pool, anyway we knew it before.

Rooms were perfect for our group. Bathrooms and kitchen were very nice. Great view, two balconies. Close to shops, restaurants, hiking. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good proximity to slopes and great shuttle bus. Good sized apartments with room for us all. Warm and cosy Good pool It was a shame we had to pay for the pool as a separate fee and that there was no internal access through the building. Whilst warm and comfortable the apartment was a bit dated. The kitchen could have been better equipped.

Italian classics! And not so many queue at many lift and gondolas. Apartment Bonapace was a Cazy has really helpful stuff on the hotel side. Transport to 5 Laghe and Spinal was awesome, we just call him and pick us up quickly. I recommend this hotel and apt. for family stay! Could be more place to take the rest and eat lunch on the mountains. Need to update in the kitchen. Dishwasher does not work sometimes and broken knife holders. The washing mash inside does not work. But all other things dose work well.

Lovely staff, very helpful, good location and parking, lovely views, nice pool & wellness area. Then a surprise after dinner a show from the bar man/wine waiter claudio! What an entertainer! Had us all in stitches with his karaoke show! Quite an unexpected night but one that we will never forget and see us return for sure! The weather had turned exceptionally cold & our rooms were cold & we couldn’t get the radiators on. We spoke to reception & they did then put them on for us but it only worked when the key card was in the room so a little cold each time we returned to our room.

Room was big, very clean and well equipped. Fabulous toiletries with eco credentials. Shower was great too. Swimming pool with jacuzzi were lovely, especially after a day walking in the mountains. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good with large choice including home made cakes. The only slight niggle was that the WiFi signal was not very strong and dropped out periodically.

Lovely comfy rooms. Great breakfast and optional evening meal. Staff so helpful and friendly. Can book free wellness area every evening. Free drop to ski lift in the morning and pick up at end of day. (Only 5-7 minutes walk away) Would be nice to gave kettle / coffee making facility in room

Our stay was very enjoyable. Beautiful ski resort, picturesque slopes and mountains, great lifts. Staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and nice dinner. Relaxing sauna and steam room.

Lovely friendly staff, good location, easy free parking, good breakfast. The room was a little hot for our liking but the windows could be opened so not too big a problem. The next room had some noisy people in it but this is not the fault of the hotel, although dampeners on the main doors would help.

People like Claudio from the bar is the reason why we love coming to Italy. All the bars/clubs around don't have that soul and shine. The hotel is very well located, room was cozy and clean. Maybe I would change coffee for the breakfast..from the coffee machine was not good

We are arrived quite late in the night and we were given the only available room in the last floor in an attic style. Since I'm quite tall I couldn't fit in the room. The following day I ask in the reception for a room change. Although they were fully booked they did their best and they change us room. The hotel is centrally located and the hotel's bus takes you in the two main ski stations. Breakfast was decent. I guess replenishing could have been more efficient but overall the staff was gentle and polite.

Loved the shuttle and the pool and wellness centre, great way to recover from the slopes We didn't realise that access to the pool wasn't included when you stay in the apartments.
