I booked this hotel as an emergency because everything else in the area was fully booked, and it was the only option available. I understand supply and demand and that prices increase when availability is limited, but over $300 per night for this hotel was completely unjustifiable. Based on the quality, condition, and overall experience, I wouldn’t consider this hotel worth more than $70 per night under normal circumstances.

This hotel was awful. As a woman traveling solo I felt unsafe here, so much that I left a night early without refund to find a safer, cleaner hotel. My door did not latch closed or lock. The door between my room & the room next to me did not close and there was no lat h securing my window closed. The only thing keeping someone from entering my room was the bar across the doors. My room & the hotel were filthy & my friend saw a cockroach. The noise pollution outside was terrible & I couldn’t leave my window open

Not all hotels are made for everyone. I am someone who does not enjoy finding other peoples short curly hair in the shower, mold growing on the shower curtains, used lotion that was supposed to be sealed, trash ground into the hallway floor, dirty toilet seats, drawers that had dirt pilled in the corners, or having to wait 30 min in line to check in because there was only one person on staff. These are things I do not enjoy. If you also do not enjoy them. You will not like staying the night here. Caution to vulnerable humans traveling. This would not be a place for you either.

Gross place. Wouldn’t stay here if you have other options

This hotel is poorly maintained. There is a wet, damp smell in the halls and the bathroom was unusable. There was black mold, stains on the tub, toilet and floors. The sheets were stained as well. The staff were not welcoming or helpful. I would not even rate this as a hotel.

Overall it was just meh. The hotel was a little dingy, and run down. The check in/check out process was efficient but I was unable to communicate with anyone at checkout. There was no hot water so I was unable to take a shower.

Bed was comfy enough. Room was not as clean as I would have liked…seemed hastily cleaned and some repairs and updates are needed. Property was quiet.

Oh if my room was just I don't know if my room was particularly small but it was I was in the shower I mean my head almost hit the ceiling it was really really John packed the front desk was not really helpful there weren't clean towels at the pool I don't know but for my money's worth I couldn't complain probably but you can

Good for a cheaper hotel we didn’t spend much time in. Could use some touch ups.

Didn’t like the area much, and the condition is dated. It is still a fine option though.

Overall it was a good experience, but a few things to improve to make a better experience for customers, the staff was nice and helpful.

The desk clerk seemed grumpy and it felt like I was in a Chicago Currency Exchange with the glass partition.

OK, the bed was comfortable and the a/c worked, I actually slept pretty well. That in spite of the brown liquid stains on the wall by the door (hopefully coffee but we were careful not to touch it) and someone else's hair on the bathroom floor. The halls smelled like stale weed and the room smelled like stale tobacco smoke, odd since the whole place was plastered with signs saying the entire hotel was smoke free. The pool area looked like something from Soviet Russia, dark, cold cement with bad lighting. I can't imagine anyone using it. The parking lot was well lit and seemed safe enough but there was a lot of trash out there. I was hoping at least the breakfast would be good, but no luck. The sausages were sitting in grease or liquid and were soft and mushy, the eggs were average microwave scrambled eggs. There was a choice of apple cinnamon or blueberry packaged muffins - I mention the packaged because that was important with the thousands of ants crawling around the breakfast room, everywhere, even on the tables. At least the waffle maker worked. The coffee was at best average bagged coffee. Wouldn't stay here again.

La verdad no me gustó no está muy limpio no hay desalluno y por el presio es caro page por una habitación con cama king y me dieron una Queen huele muy raro la puerta de la habitación no serrada bien y en la mañana la abrió la que limpia la cortina de la ventana no bajaba y entraba toda la luz

The advertising was wrong. No outside pool the indoor was flooded and gross the bed size was wrong and room was so dirty.

The thermostat was ripped off the wall and wires were hanging out. There was a mirror on the wall and painted around it but the mirror was gone and wall was a different color. Hair in the shower. Room really not cleaned very well
