There were cockroaches in the room but at least they allowed me to change the room.

My reservation was confirmed for a Deluxe double or twin room (single occupancy). When I entered my room, I was immediately greeted by a rich smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. Though they were aware that I am a single traveler, they somehow managed to squeeze one queen-size double and two single beds into it, making it hard for me to move around anymore. I asked the front desk staff to remove at least the third bed, which they denied. Furthermore, I had requested to leave the minibar empty, because I carried some items which needed to be refrigerated. Though my request had been confirmed when I booked, nobody cared to carry it out. My “luxury” room looked rather like a cheap backpacker hostel: In the bathroom, the shower head had not been cleaned in a decade, the bathroom mirror was old and stained, and their towels could well be used as an 80-grit sandpaper. The wardrobe was nothing but a rack with very few hangers and no compartments, so I had no other choice but to stack all my clothing on the sideboard. I got only two disposable Styrofoam cups instead of a drinking glass. Furthermore, my reservation details (as confirmed by booking.com) included an in-room safe, but they charged me an additional fee to use it. Their website also advertises direct dialing from the room phone, but this service is not available either. I had to complain to the front desk staff several times, however, they were extremely relaxed and absolutely unwilling to move. When I finally demanded to talk to the manager, they were suddenly able to remove the third bed and clear the minibar, I even got two drinking glasses and an additional hanger. However, the fridge was soaking wet from condensation on the inside and almost unusable. All of this made my stay as unpleasant as possible from the very beginning. I had requested a quiet room, but the floor was extremely noisy, with lots of drunk people arguing, yelling and slamming their doors. (More)

Kitchen staff at breakfast was good. Staff at reception was rude. We ask them if they have water to make milk of baby, they said we only have water in the fridge leave it outside if u don’t want cold. How can we several hours for the water to become normal temperature??? Very disappointing, disrespectful, and bad behaviour of staff. A couple other bad things they did.

Close to the beach, actually in front of beach. Good location and the staff was really nice Did not have menu or breakfast tags in English, only in Portuguese

Location Coffee, mattress, breakfast, parking, therefore money for value. 4 star hotel should lift up the standard a way up....

Room was spacious, location is perfect, one road away from the beach. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Internet quality is very bad. Even in reception it was dial-up speed. In my room I had reception only in the toilet, and it was just enough for messaging, not even for whatsapp call. There was no connection where my bad was. Room was old and needs renovation. There are no outlets near the bed, I found one behind the mattress, had to move it and jam the charger there. Sound solation is bad. Windows were old and were making noise during windy nights.
