The hotel was located in the busy part of the island -No lift in the hotel - Very musty smell in the rooms - Beach towels and bath towels has stains all over them

Location was amazing On the pictures I would get a nice room, with windows, but in reality I got something that looks like a prison cell with no windows. I asked the to cancel the last two days, and they agreed. They very very sorry that the pictures o my room was a double supirior room. I never have this problems on Booking.com - I travel the world on 5th year. Love your service. But not this time. These people of cause didnt cancel my booking.. I dont mind payig for one day. Thats fair. I slept there after a long travel. But staying there for 3 days is triggering claustrophobia. I cant handle to get locked in. The girls in the reception was so sweeet, but unfortunately not the manager. Very very disapponting experience. Please talk to them. Breakfast was terrible as well. Slow service and the cheapest food posible.

Location was great. Staff was nice. Room is very small, breakfast options included only 3-4 meals, beach towels they provided was always stained and dirty.

The rooms were very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The location is also great very convenient for excursions and water sports spots. Highly recommended!

Clean room, tho smaller than thought. Location next to the bikini beach. We appreciated the daily room service. Our experience in the half day trip was positive (just a bit overwhelming with the photos). What we didn't appreciate was the feeling of being ripped off. Please pay by card, the exchange rate in the hotel was totally abusive if you use local currency (yes, it doesn't make sense). They also made us pay 5 USD for accidentally breaking a glass, as if they had some special quality...hilarious.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast varied to suit all tastes. We had a fabulous fishing excursion and a delicious meal after.

Location is fantastic. Bed is comfy. Room was quite large as was bathroom. Good water pressure. Plumbing is sensitive. Even without toilet paper. Taxes have to be paid in cash which is inconvenient. I stayed at another hotel and I didn’t pay taxes in cash. Boat never came to pick me up!!! It filled up before I could get on and they never sent a second one. I waited over 90 min and finally bargained with a random speedboat. Hotel charges $25, boat is $15. Sink faucet leaked all over the floor every time I used the sink even though i reported it . Room phone didn’t work even though I reported it. Staff can be dry and unenthusiastic. Not sure if that’s cultural or personal.

Everything is great about this hotel! People who work there were nice above and beyond! They did everything to make me happy!! I absolutely love this hotel!!! And location is amazing! Breakfast is good!!!

I had dinner every evening there, and even though I have gluten intolerance, everyone was attentive and did their best to accommodate me, especially the kitchen's manager. He listened to my requests and did his absolute best! If i could, I would stay there again! His food was amazingly delicious! Thank you for making my time there relaxing and effortless!
