Antico Convento - Ospitalità Diffusa

The view from our room was breathtaking. The owners are the sweetest people in the world and are there to help you with anything you need. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Breakfast is full of homemade cakes and pastries and they also serve eggs with tomatos and bread which were super yummy. It's an authentic Italian B&B that provides a peaceful, quite and unique experience. I would defiantly come back with my whole family one day. If you are looking to disconnect and enjoy some peace this is the place for you. This is just tips, not necessarily negative. If you don't like driving on two way extremely steep roads, be aware that the way to the mountain is a bit uncomfortable specially late at night and if you got a rental car on the bigger side. Stores and restaurants in the area are not working according to your schedule so make sure you are prepared to being flexible with your plans. Don't bring a heavy bag as you will need to roll it down the hill on a pebble road (unless you rent a super small car and can fit it into the alley next to the hotel. It's only a couple of meters so not a big deal, but just an FYI. The room doors are very thin so if you're a light sleeper and you have guests that are coming back at the middle of the night, you will hear them.

Our third time staying with Paolo and Concetta and they never disappoint. Their hospitality is fantastic, as is the food, wine and company. The rooms are spacious and clean, with amazing views over the valley. We'll be back (outside of the summer to take more advantage of local hiking trails :-) N/a

The breakfast was great. There was always fresh fruit and also a cooked aspect to the breakfast. The location was brilliant as it was part way up a mountain with panoramic views from the terrace! But the best thing about the stay was the hosts, Conchetta and Paolo. They were so warm and helpful. We would love to go back. No complaints about the stay. The fact that it was near the top of a mountain meant that it took some time to get there!
