THE LOCATION WAS CLOSED…. WE HAD GO FIND A NEW HOTEL 20 MILES AWAY

Hotel is abandoned. Completely shutdown. Yet, hotels.com charged me for the room. I had to scour the area for an available room. Ended up 30 minutes south at a motel/traphouse for the night. Hotel.com sucks.

It was close for renovations and I was still able to book so when I arrived there I had to find a really quick plan B.

The hotel was closed. One of the neighbor hotels said it was for construction. Nobody bothered notifying me. I had to go find another hotel.

I never got to stay because the motel was closed...chained shut. I want a refund AND an apology for not being notified. The hotel I had to get at the last minute cost twice as much.

Everything. Especially the lack of communication to me about the hotel not being open! Got confirmation the day of! I couldn’t reach anyone from the hotel, there was 800 # on the door for Wyndham, who took no responsibility for it because they also didn’t know that facility was not open. I tried contacting booking.com who I made the reservation through and have yet to hear back from. Beyond frustrated is an understatement!

Location Very old and dated, stains on bedding, bathroom walls were dirty, towels were stained, pieces of finish on plumbing missing.

I didn't like the fact that the so-called breakfast really wasn't a real breakfast.

First room after check in the hall light was dim. Changed rooms and heat didn’t work at all. It was freezing in the room. Got up at 3 am to change rooms and was told I had to wait until the manager got in in the morning. Third room was better. Elevator smelled like marijuana. This hotel needs a major renovation. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The breakfast was very bad and limited options

Very outdated. The room had a smell as if it hadn't been used in a while. The bedding looked clean but the carpet was ripped in 1 place and stained. It could have used a good cleaning. Good for what we needed it for but won't consider staying again. The breakfast was very stale cereal, and bread with jelly. There was a partial gallon of milk in the fridge as well.

3rd floor hall carpet was nasty…. Stains and worn

Front desk gave key to my room to someone not on reservation.Then GM went in my room while i wasnt there and pulled all sheets and blankets and towels with ok permission.Then went back in again when i was gone and turned all the switches and a/c off

The bed was big and comfortable. They have Mtn. Dew. Nice staff. Breakfast was a little scant. The AC was either hot or cold. The graduation in between only worked sometimes. The room needed another chair to sit in.

This is easily the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. Run down, old, not maintained and not clean. There was actually what appeared to be blood spatter on the bathroom wall among many other problems. I would have walked out of the place never to return if everything in town wasn't already booked for a trade show. Do not stay at this hotel!!!
