Property was clean, good breakfast

Our family really enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The comfortable beds and delicious breakfast was our favorite. We will be visiting here again really soon. Thank you!

The bagels had mold after I took a couple bites off ir went over and I checked 4 more and alerted the server and she removed the entire batch so felt nauseous the rest of the day also washroom had mildew in the tub room 405

alarm clock was off on the time no way to correct it

We arrived for our stay around 5pm to check in and all systems were down. I was offered to wait in the lobby but they had no timetable for when they would be back up. I didn’t think it would be a good idea for my family or 6 to wait in the lobby after being in the car for 6 hours so we drove around the city. Came back an hour later and the systems were still down so they checked us in manually but couldn’t make us room keys. Our room was dirty, with wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom and horrible water pressure from the shower. The shower also dripped the entire time. The morning breakfast was okay but very limited options and not restocked very well once items were taken. We stayed for one night only and we never ended up getting our room keys so someone always had to stay in the room if we left the room or else we had to get escorted up to the room by someone at the front desk to let us in.

I was unable to use my restroom because there was no door up for privacy. I couldn’t take a shower or use the bathroom. I had to go over my daughter room next-door with five people and then they have five people in their room so the bathroom always stay busy. I talk to the staff Friday night and told them about the door was off. She said she’ll since someone up no one came.Saturday morning at 7 o’clock. I went downstairs. The second staff told me the same thing and she wrote up a work order and she said that their maintenance do not work weekend that Sunday morning I got up and asked how was they going to compensate for my inconvenient me all week and they said call the manager . so I paid for a room that was not even suitable

Room was very clean. Would stay again. Shuttle was great as well.

The room was nice but the shower was from the old ages. It was pretty beat up in the bathroom. The mattress was in pretty bad shape too. Not very comfortable.

The airplane noise is awfull. Couldn't sleep at all. Very very loud. Don't recommend unless you like jet noises

Everything was colorful and nice and clean !

The property was clean and well maintained.

Beds are a little uncomfortable but the room is absolutely perfect and beautiful and a staff is really helpful

I don't like the bathroom doors you do not get privacy with the barn door and also no way to lock it either

The staff was very ignorant. Infact my husband had on a collared shirt and his collar was a little ruffled (not perfectly straight) and one staff member yelled at him to “Fix that collar”. I dont know they think they are but the only people who have ever yelled at him to fix anything was when he was in Basic Training for the US Army. Also there was not enough pillows for my grand children to have for the sofa couch because the staff was tired of dealing with teenage kids (which the kids in our group were all under the age of 8 and had only been at this location for less than 3 hrs and never left our side). I asked if there was a gas station so that i could get cash to do laundry and the staff could not tell me where a gas station was to get cash. I have stayed at several Home2 suites (3 stays this week at different locations all home2 suites, on a week long family vacation) and this location was by far the worst

Clean. The gentleman were very helpful. Up to date. Size of room was great! Breakfast was poorly prepared. The location is sketchy and staff spoke of car break ins recently. Ladies were unfriendly.
