Great free breakfast, quiet rooms and helpful staff

As I walked into the hotel, it was very clean and you could smell the cleanliness. You could see workers walking around Cleaning and they were very friendly. They all said hi and it was a pleasant stay

Shuttle wasn't running pool was closed by health dept, door to pool area was broken mini fridge in room was broken ...

The nice breakfast promised was not there. NOTHING! We were told it was due to staff issues.

Clean room, parking available and good breakfast

The breakfast was wonderful both days of our stay. That was a welcome amenity. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but had an odor that was undeniable. The entrance to the motel had a strong odor that was almost overwhelming. There was debris on the floor that was left unswept the entire length of our stay. The debris was in the hallway at several locations. Tells me that they never swept the hallways while we were there for 3 days. We also had a light fixure in our room that was supposed to be attached to the wall but was falling away from the wall.

They advertise as near the airport and expo center, but it is not. I did not get the room I requested. And they advertise this great breakfast and there was none. The receptionist was dressed for Halloween in August. It was relatively clean and newly decorated.

The hotel is very nice and clean, staff was friendly, no issues inside the building. There is a big lobby with coffee and a breakfast area. It is not in the best part of town, it is in an area where I was nervous my vehicle would be broken into, but it didn't happen. I would not recommend staying here if you plan to travel to an event at KEC, the traffic makes the trip from this location take about 45 minutes (when busy). If i had know this, I would have picked a different hotel.

This Stay was Amazing!! My room was Clean and quiet stayed on a mini weekend vacation with my kids and it was great the staff was very friendly and helpful answering my questions. And didn’t seem to get bothered by my kids or us swimming. Which has happened at other hotels. I let the staff know that I was very happy with my trip and stay! Will definitely book here again. It is absolutely misleading seeing the 8.6 rating for this property! Location is 100 % unsafe! I’m 6’6” 250 lbs and I felt uneasy walking the parking lot at 10:30pm. There was a homeless guy half naked sitting in front of the entrance yelling obscenities as we walked in. Inside looked and smelled as decommissioned mental institution against better judgment checked in and went to the room. In the room it got even worse smell was horrible the beds were made but it looked like someone sat on them bathroom was grimy and smelled even worse than the room it was dark it was noisy (room 319 directly overlooks the interstate). I checked out 10 mins later cause for same price you can ….

Great hotel

Room was very clean. Very quiet throughout the night. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The bathtub didnt drain the shower water so you had to stand in dirty water while showering. Then, called and was told there was an airport shuttle that ran 7a-7p. So we get up to go to the airport and was told the ONLY shuttle the hotel had was in the shop. Had to pay for an Uber. Was told they would refund the amount for the Uber. But because I didnt tell them the shower didnt drain pretty much eas told oh well. I was traveling with 2 young kinda. Flight was canceled at 11pm and the last thing we wanted to do was tell someone about the shower bot working.

The property was clean but room #106 need at lot fixed on the bathroom.

The stay was perfect! I would highly recommend. The people were nice and the breakfast was good.

The ceiling in our room was stained, cracked and had water damage. It needed to be repaired and painted.
