The gym needs to be updated. The equipment is old and outdated for a Hilton Hotel. They also only clean the rooms every other day now. That was another cut that Hilton made when they purchased this hotel.
-
There is no longer a lounge or dinner restaurant, as there has in the past. Feels a little dated. I've been coming there for about 15 years when I visit family, just not the same.

Quiet No breakfast,$38 for parking
-
Location Old and need face lift

One of our room was not properly cleaned and we woke up with bedbugs bite. One of the elevators broke down while my friend was in there for 30 minutes. The hotel is outdated/old and the stair staircase is very squeaky and has a bad smell. Parking is good

We ate off property at Los Gatos Cafe and it was excellent. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. The hotel needed major upgrades. They only clean the rooms every few days so we didn't get clean towels and had to ask for coffee. They charge $35 per day for parking and there was tons of extra room.

The property is pretty neglected and outdated which is surprising for how nice it once was and being in downtown Las Gatos.
-
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient and walkable to all the restaurants and stores. Parking was free and right at the hotel. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Los Gatos.

Clean, quiet , very convenient location. Very helpful staff

Great location to walk in downtown Los Gatos and covered parking (although why a $35 charge when the owners own the land?) They couldn't find our Booking.com reservation and said it was because they changed their PMS system. Moved to a larger room but second bed was an uncomfortable sofa sleeper.
-
Our room had an ant infestation and nothing was done about it. We were only there for a night but the staff didn’t get back to us until we had already checked out. The shower curtain was covered in buggers

To make a long story short, We as over 70 yrs old and were given the room farest from the elevator Room 302. We got lost in the maze of hallway again ,no signs to be helpful since NO elevator. Had to ditch the bell luggage rack on the floor and on foot found room then return to rack and proceed to room. Ridiculous, exhausting and stressful. 2 days before check in I received email stating there would be an extra $35 dollar charge to Park!! So that was our dinner budget. Thanks again .When I booked it there was NO mention of this. Hidden fees are sneaky and unprofessional. Location was excellent and quiet, nicely appointed lobby. Signs and desk assistance would have been greatly appreciated. I felt like a inconvenience not a guest. Thank you Catherine Carrier

Nice looking hotel and a wonderful surrounding area. Lots of restaurant, coffee, bar and shopping options. A few things to improve. Stayed two nights and got no maid / cleaning service. Noticed the bathroom had mold and did not seem to be cleaned. The check in / checkout process may have been slower than usual because the hotel recently switched to a Hilton property. Finally guys. How hard is it to put out some complimentary coffee for your guests while waiting in the lobby. I will say staff was very courteous

When we arrived, we noticed that the bathroom door was stuck and only opened halfway. During our three night stay we asked repeatedly that maintenance fix it. They never did. The place seemed quite rundown since we’d last been there two years ago. Definitely would not stay there again,

after paying for bill was charged tourism fee for being there daily added another 200.00 on my credit card

Kind helpful staff. Room was beautiful and clean, essentially perfect. Only note was one of the two queen beds was right up against the ac unit so it was a little wind but tolerable with the blankets. 10/10 stay, would love to stay again in the future.

The room did exactly what I wanted it to. Location was great
