Lovely! There was a complication with the reservation when we checked in and took quite awhile to sort out. The staff member at the desk was very diligent that we would not be overcharged- which of course we appreciated!

Exceptional

Breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed the rooftop. The bed was very comfortable. I overslept the next morning. Perfect location for going to the theatre No ice machine. Or at least I couldn't find one.

Beautiful property and great hospitality!

The hill view suite is a legit view of the roof with zero hill view in sight. I tried to change rooms so I could at least get some natural light and the receptionist said that all “hill view” rooms had the same view as mine. I paid extra for this room not knowing it was false advertising. Refine from this trap.

Breakfast and staff were amazing

Multiple key card issues and no drinking water in the room. Place was well kept and clean

Overall good. Breakfast was nothing special. Great location.....half a block from Hollywood Blvd!

Location and design Amenities were not open when we wanted to go

The hotel was clean and modern, including the rooms, and at a fair price. Breakfast was simple but good, on the roof terrace, which is also a nice spot for drinks in the evening with a direct head-on view of the Hollywood sign. The location is good for exploring Hollywood. The hotel has a restaurant as well, which is convenient. It would have been helpful for staff during check in and at the downstairs bar to make it clear that the rooftop terrace is open in the evenings for drinks - we had to find this out by chance. The rooms could be better lit, as the low lighting makes it difficult to see things sometimes. Not a fault of the hotel, but a general comment that Hollywood Boulevard is run down, so don't be surprised if it doesn't match prior expectations when traveling there for the first time.

Exceptional

Checking in was great. Arrived a little before 3 and the room was ready. Had some food and drinks at the restaurant and ended the night on the roof top bar relaxing. Will come back to this hotel my next time down.
