Great experience everything was easily accessible

The hotel was no frills, inexpensive, and 10 minute walking distance to the LA Convention center. The hotel lobby and room had a rather stale smell and the hallways and elevator had no AC so it was really humid while we were there this summer. The parking lot next door was a bit sketchy and the elevator didn’t work. They charged an extra $25 a day for amenities, including free water bottles so at least we made sure to get water bottles. Every chance we got the breakfast in the morning was very simple: dry cereal, bagels, yogurt, and milk, coffee. It fulfilled its purpose for our short stay. The staff were very friendly and kind.

This is a 2 star hotel - not very nice. My view was a wall. There was a wet spot in the carpet in front of the mini fridge. The AC cannot be on in the middle of the night without a bright blue light illuminating the room. The sheets were horribly scratchy. Will not be staying here again.

My room did not have AC, and the moved rooms and still the AC was not working. Terrible

All the staff were so kind and helpful. A really comfortable and spacious stay. The AC in the rooms is also amazing, although the hallways are warm.

I woke up with a trail of bed bug bites on my stomach I emailed them about the whole situation but haven't gotteb a response. Awful experience

I was disappointed to find out the parking structure next door had a non functioning elevator had to use the stairs schlepping my luggage with me . The staff were very friendly. As were the bar tendresses .For being 4 star Boutique hotel its a little tired. Meaning there were lumps in the carpets and noticeable scratches on furniture and The hotel hallways should be air conditioned ...

The staff was definitely the best part. They were great.

The property and room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the parking but i guess thats just downtown LA. The parking could have been a little less pricey for people staying the night.

The hallways were uncomfortably hot, and our room's AC wasn't on despite 90+ degree weather, taking over an hour to cool down. We also found hair and debris around the room and bathroom. The barn-style bathroom door offered almost no privacy, and the shower was frustrating: one showerhead barely had pressure while the other sprayed too hard, and poor sealing around the door left water all over the bathroom—even on my phone sitting on the counter. The bed was comfortable enough despite feeling firm, but the pillows were thin and had to be doubled up. Breakfast was disappointing, with lunch meats, cheese, bread, dry bagels, and warm cream cheese sitting out in a hot dining area. We ended up going to IHOP across the street instead. The location is excellent for nearby venues, but for $287/night we expected much better. The lobby and rooms look stylish, but it felt like the focus was on aesthetics rather than comfort, cleanliness, and practicality. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and won't be returning.

Location is downtown. Breakfast was very bad. Room smell wasn’t good.

The room was clean and staff were great. But the smell of the place is a bit much. The view from the room was horrible but I understood. I didn’t experience any bugs in the room like some was saying but it was a fly in the breakfast area while the food was uncovered.

Staff is great and you can tell everyone is doing their very best. Where it lacks is the big stuff. The windows hold back no sound whatsoever so you can hear every inconsiderate motorbike engine and drug-induced rant from the street at all hours of the night. Curtains were torn and carpets in need of a deep clean or refresh. Location is walkable to convention center activities but just far enough through inner city streets to wish you booked right on site. Very good hotel for day time but if you want to venture out to explore on foot might be better to book right where the action is.

Our visit was great clean lobby and great staff enjoyed the stay

Room was a cool size and decent bathroom. Need a microwave In rooms or downstairs for guest asap. Couldn’t warm up my food
