They need to upgrade all mattresses

Good location and clean but the hotel can use some update for sure

I would go in September when it’s not raining we went in August hoping that it wasn’t going to storm anymore almost later in the season it rained every day so the tide was high and I didn’t fell safe having my kid surf. He was disappointed

Woke up in the middle of the night thinking the windows were open but were closed. Too much noise wasn't able to sleep at all. Please do something to make the windows noise proof.

Hidden gem!!! The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with all my questions. My room was nice, clean and well kept. Will return again and again! Highly recommended!

This Ramada is right next to an all you can eat restaurant and a Brazilian Steak house restaurant. Both restaurants were amazing, I didn’t get a chance to dine with the restaurant in the Ramada but their food smelled amazing. They don’t have vacation luxuries like a pool, jacuzzi or gym so if you’re in vacay mode this is not the spot, but if you need quiet, and somewhere clean to lay your head this is the spot. I would definitely return if I ever have to be in that area again. I was very comfortable, thank you so very much Ramada Inn staff for everything 😉

Came when the power was off lucky we boiled through Expedia so the room was pre paid and assigned or we would’ve had to wait… it was hot without AC because of the power outage they have NO generator hence they can not access their computers and NO AC…. LA in the middle of summer go figure….

Todo funcionaba, pero las instalaciones ya están viejas. Traía carro y me podía transvasar a cualquier lugar, pero la zona no está muy agradable

I booked this hotel since parking was free, but I regret it.. The beds are terrible, whole night my body was hurting. The room was spacious but window view opens to some blocked stairs.. very load AC.. overall experience was terrible. I checked out and booked a different hotel by paying same price with paid parking.. never again

We had a great stay. The room was good, and the shower and toilet were clean and in good working order. It's handy for the Metro and buses, and the air conditioning was excellent.

Big room and many facilities

I was counting on the reputation of Ramada for this stay. Unfortunately it did not live up to what I thought their reputation was. But I will leave that for the next section. The best part of this is there is a Korean pizza place attached and the food is amazing and well priced. The beds here were so comfortable and our sleep was great. We did not spend a lot of time in the room but it was nice to come back to. Also the parking was super convenient and safe. Location is really good you're close to everything without being in the middle of it all. As I said above I was counting on the Ramada reputation to live up to its standards and it did not. The bathtub was peeling and just looked dirty ,we wore water shoes to take our showers. The handle in the bathtub to turn the water on and off came off and it was filled with black gook. The shower head is very short my son who is 6 ft had to bend down to take his shower. The carpets outside the room are stained and ripped. Our room was over the parking garage and outside of a parking lot where there was so much noise. Chairs were stained and we did not use them to sit or put our things on. The lighting in the room is very poor as are the outlets. We have to prop chairs up against the outlet to keep our phone chargers in the sockets. There are clocks and lamps there none of them having any USB ports for smartphones. The cleaning ladies are amazing so it's not on them it's just that this hotel needs to be updated in some ways. Definitely not on the staff just the Aesthetics. I was disappointed in the amount we paid for the room for what was presented. I don't know if we would stay again but I would definitely come back for the restaurant.

The receptionist named Karla—she clearly hates her job and people-she was absolutely not welcoming nor friendly. The hotel structure and everything inside was such poor/old quality,

Gated free parking is wonderful! Air conditioning was quiet and very efficient. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Ice maker by the elevators was great for making sure I always had cold water to drink! Korean pizza place attached to the hotel had good food for dinners and great beer! Several good coffee shops across street and around corner. Coffee pot did not work for making tea.
