The pool party and food The lay out of the room it was kinda small
-
Valet was very rude I never checked in
-
The shower had little to no privacy so if you are with a friend it’s not the greatest. The room was nice, not a lot of walking space though. Overall I give the the room a 7/10 but it wasn’t worth 800+ dollars.

In the photos the Moxy looked updated and maintained. Once you get up to the room hallways it’s very outdated and run down. The rooms are tiny and don’t have a real bathroom, and the sink is in the area where the beds are. The tile in the toilet/shower area was very dirty & dated. The lighting in the vanity area was horrible. We stayed for 4 days and house keeping only came for one day, and only took the trash from the trash cans, but didn’t even make the beds. We tried calling housekeeping & the front desk multiple times but no one answered for our entire stay. We ended up getting our towels from the pool. Another downside is the pool is owned by the neighboring hotel and had extremely limited hours we could use it, and it was closed on 2 of the days.

Disappointing
-
Very nice and clean Yes

My sheets were dirty didn’t have clean towels. I asked multiple time. I would like some kind of compensation for room due to these issues Cleaned. For the price of everything should have been cleaned. I know a big company like that can get really busy and underwhelming at times being I own a construction company as well so I understand things happy. But I always make things right when something is not right
-
Nothing My door lock broke and ruined my schedule, I had to miss a concert to handle it.
-
Room was not clean had a smell to it the hallways had a funky smell as for a room to be changed never clean the room didn’t have enough towels
-
The elevator situation is quite annoying, stopping at every other floors. They could use more. Room is tiny but well appointed. Can get loud on week ends. Otherwise clean, the gym is huge
-
Nothing Terrible Location charging $75 a night for parking is insane considering the amount of money you’re paying for the actual hotel. The room was extremely small. It’s a double room and the shower has no changing space you have to change either inside of the shower or in the shared space there’s no privacy. It was the literal worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked her for a week. I checked out early after one night and we switched hotels. I would never recommend this hotel for anybody that has Family.

BEYOND AND ABOVE. NOTHING
-
Very friendly and helpful staff
-
Nothing Everything it’s not a safe place I got scammed from the parking by the hotel staff and you can hear fight from the room at 2 AM, smell like weed in the room and the hall way
-
elevators broke down, rooms hot AC didn't want to run, hotel good over all, alot of homeless in area of downtown, walking distance to all we needed to do though

The huge thing I liked about property was it was right across the street from convention center and crypto. I also did like that you can grab your own towels and toiletries without having to call front desk. The bathroom situation is not ideal, the sink is outside of the restroom and shower. Hotel had no ventilation, a very stale smell lingered throughout hotel, no fridge, no room service. Ice machine on 9th floor broken and only one elevator.
