Clean room

The free airport shittle took about 20 minutea to arrive and check in was seamless. Theres nearby amenities such as food and gas stations. in walking distance. Theres a pool, gym, etc. The room was clean and nice sized, and breakfast was great too!

Worst stay the bedroom door was broken reported to staff 3 times, no one ever came to fix it. I reminded them upon checking out. And I believe they intern tried to charge me for the broken door because after I checked out, they tried to charge my card for $405. They never release my deposit. I had six different transactions from this hotel totaling $408 and then on top of that they tried to charge another $405 which is turn blocked my card and my bank reached out to me and that’s how I realized they were charging me all of this money be careful staying here that’s all I would say the place was clean even though housekeeping never came to our room not one time while we were there we had to ask and retrieve our own towels each time we needed clean towels. Overall I would say guest services was horrible, but we made it work

The room was very clean, staff are friendly, esp. front desk. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends going in to Long Beach.

Best breakfast on weekend - biscuit and gravy (smile) lack of rack for hang towel after shower = needs one more extra rack in bathroom

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. It exceeded my expectations. Would stay there again if I get the chance.

The room was comfy That there was too many kids in the pool I guess there was a baseball tournament so there was way to many kids so we never got to enjoy the pool

It was a good stay over all. We did have a few hiccups. They AC was out on entire floor so we had to get move. it was a bit of an inconvenience because we were out all day, as expected when you are on vacation and you are taking advantage of your days. It took a while to get moved and it was late at night. Also, it was hard to get our room serviced and cleaned. We called and no one came to clean. We had to ask one of the cleaning ladies in the halls and she had to call a manager to get approval. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Very beautiful property and close to food and attractions for everyone ne.

Quiet, clean, convenient location Nothing

The laundry facility was super convenient and well-kept — a big help during a longer stay. The complimentary breakfast was way better than the usual hotel spread, with plenty of fresh options and a staff that kept everything stocked. The front desk team was friendly and helpful every day, housekeeping kept our room in great shape, and you can tell management runs the place well because everything feels organized and cared for. Overall, this hotel made our anniversary trip even better. Great people, great amenities, and a comfortable stay from start to finish. We’d absolutely come back.
