Manager was quick to switch our room after issue, so I appreciate that. 1st room had bug issues. 2nd room had some odd door entry issues and extra pillows/towels are not an option, just be prepared.

The beds The parking, location, the hot water took minutes to come out, no cover on the bathroom window.

Affordable nice Motel, I stay 3 nights for The Warped Tour, asked for an ADA room and it was very easy to access, the room, bed and sheets where clean, even the mattress was new, a nice coffee and bodega for drinks just across the street Maybe it would be convenient to put an extra padlock inside for more security at night since it is on an avenue with a lot of movement

Everything was clean and check in was smooth, lots of parking space and located in a convenient area. Bus stops are nearby and food spots. Maybe could use some extra pillows during stay

It was available on short notice Toilet didn't work. Room smelled like bad air freshener. Wasn't given WiFi code. No phone in room. Front desk barely spoke English

I got double charged. Booking.com charged me for the room. And the hotel.stated I was never charged. And wouldn't accept my booking number. So they charged me again. Honest managers. Now I need to dispute charges from being double charged.

Dirty floor, got out of the shower and my soles were black after a few steps. The ACs are noisy.
