The location is the best we could ask for. Close for everywhere by walking. Clean and nice place but just to sleep and go out because the room was pretty small and without window, so it’s hard to know what the weather outside is or if there is light or no outside. They don’t clean the room or change the towels, and don’t brought us more toilet paper, but we still very recommend because of the location and because it was clean and modern. The lack of window and the fact you don’t clean the room and change towels / bring more toilet paper. We met friends who stayed also at the hotel in the same time as we did and paid the same price and their room was much bigger, which was a little disappointed.

Location and ability to sleep together as a family No drink making facility

Price, Location I would not define your concept as a hotel. While the design is quitely modern, the concept of not offering daily housekeeping or even a bit of cleaning, is not what you would expect. Also you should place more than one single towel per guest in the rooms. While sounding like providing rest and quiet, the windowless design did not add anything but confusion and anxiety if not claustrophobia to my experience. Clearly, not being able to review the current wheather or knowing whether it is day or night does not add to my wellbeing at all. Your ad sounds great while what you deliver is not great at all.

it was my second time to stay here because it's a perfect location for city travelers. good value for money. cafe and gym is a plus. gonna be my favorite place to stay when in London. my son was very impressed. highly recommended. unbelievably good price for a hotel in the middle of the city where you really want to go when in London. Soho, Hard Rock, China Town, Trafalgar Square, Leicester square, River Thames are all in a walking distance

Absolutely Nothing - Appalling Hotel and Accommodation. Paid for an accessible room (disabled) and got a basic room with absolutely NO disabled adaptions within it. Like... No pull emergency cords, No disability hand rails in bedroom nor bathroom, No disabled collapsible seat in shower area, No cupboard nor area to keep valuables on. Bed supposedly double bed but, two singles that kept on separating in the middle. Duty Management at hotel far from helpful and argued that was an accessible room when clearly it was definitely not one. If you look at their website or social media it clearly shows accessible rooms have all the facilities with pull cords, holding rails, sit down seat in shower area etc... though, as mentioned absolutely nothing was within the room provided. Highly recommend you do not even consider using this hotel as they deceive disabled people and are discriminate towards their needs.

Convenient location, quick and easy check in/checkout. Beds aren’t great. It’s a bit basic and soulless.

We liked how close it was to the hustle and bustle of London but we could also shut ourselves away and have no noise when returning to our room. We didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned the days we were there. That includes only 2 roll of toilet roll for the entire stay too for a group of 3. Towels were changed on day 4 going into night 5 of our stay and the drainage on the sink was very poor also.
