Location so far for tube and not easy

Staff was exceptional - went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable on a long stay for work. Gurneet and Jonathan in particular were fantastic.

Front desk and management staff provided 5 star service and were incredibly professional and accommodating. Especially Fod I believe the front desk manager.

Reception staff excellent Bar Facilities are run by a separate company. Didn't have space in the downstairs bar at 7pm for a drink. Tried upstairs on the rooftop bar but was told we couldn't just have drinks we had to order food as well, so we had to find a bar away from the hotel just to enjoy a drink

The hotel was stunning and in a great location but what really put this hotel over the top was the service. The staff was always present and went above and beyond when British Airways lost my luggage. They shipped in from the hotel after we left back to our house. I truly couldn't imagine a nicer group of people working at a hotel. Will absolutely be staying there next time we're in London. Nothing!

Very quiet room, good blackout curtains, hotel in a really good position and lovely roof top bar plus huge gym You need to book the cocktail bar in advance (although we did go on a Friday)

The steam shower and roof top breakfast. Serving staff were great! Room not suited for such a large bed.

Fun Shoreditch hotel near great restaurants (and easy to get to the City or go further East), with chic Soho House–style decor, super comfy beds, and amazing steam showers (though we once got an accessible room without one—staff made up for it with breakfast when they couldn’t move us). Cute ground-floor bar, but small and fills up fast. Nice you can use your Virgin flier miles to pay for rooms. Stylish, well-equipped rooms with great minibar options—but on the small side, so worth upgrading if you’ve got lots of luggage. Rooftop restaurant boasts great views (right by the tiny heated guest pool), but the menu feels a bit scattered and underwhelming.

Gym was beautiful. Bed was comfy. Loved the steam shower. Room service was prompt and accommodating. Could not check in till 3 pm. 10-15 min walk to tube.

Good location, but noisy at night but did settle down Bar wasn’t available to customers. Tried to go at 10pm and told needed reservation. Pretty poor you can’t get a drink in your hotel bar.

It’s a great property but we were in the 5th floor and I could hear the air conditioning units on the roof all night long. I had requested a quiet room.
