Our air conditioner did not work a majority of the time

The location is excellent. One of the staff members was very kind and helpful. Our flight arrived early, and he gave us an early check-in free of charge. The rooms are a good size for the location, especially compared to other hotels in the area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The hotel is quite old, and the furniture is a bit dated. The sofa bed was small and uncomfortable. It was clean and well-equipped, but I would rate it more as a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star. There was construction work right next to us, which was very noisy and disruptive.

Centralized AC went too far for the first night. Cold. It got normal the second night possibly due to customers’ complaints.

Quick check in Comfortable bed Excellent service from staff. Very quick to help with the issue we had with the safe. Close to Kensington park, and not too far from Paddington Station Nice pub within walking distance overlooking Kensington Park.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Nice having Nespresso coffee and biscuits; plates and cutlery. There was no view. I looked out at a wall. There was no breakfast, but we found a place around the corner that was fabulous!

The bed was comfortable and the hotel is a short walk to Paddington train station, which is Central.

The location was perfect. Even though we had a suite with a sofa couch and bed, there was little room to move around both.

The location was great, especially for the price. We had a very comfortable stay, and everything in the room worked as it should. Staff was helpful. It was an excellent value for London. The room felt a little dated, and the décor wasn’t really to our taste, but it didn’t affect our stay.

Front desk folks are extremely friendly and helpful. Camilo is fantastic to print out instructions for us. Perhaps paper towels around the sink would be helpful to dry hands and dishes.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t blowing cold air. However, the staff changed and gave us a much better room and a fan which was helpful. No restaurant in the hotel and no breakfast. Your website stated that the hotel provided feee breakfast which wasn’t the case.

Location next to Kensington Gardens, tube, restaurants. Good AC. Attentive staff. We did not get the room we booked through booking.com. They blamed it on the booking platform but they accommodated us on the 2nd night with a room upgrade.
