Great location, comfortable beds. The staff were all really friendly and happy to help us during our stay. Having to pay an extra £100 per night on top of the room cost as a security deposit. This will be returned but seemed a lot.

Great location. Hotel staff very friendly. Rooms clean and well maintained. Bathroom shower only had half glass wall panel, so when you showered, water everywhere on the floor.

The Ruben’s was in a perfect location for visits to the palace, Petrus, the theatres and Iconic London such as Burlington Arcade, the Ritz, Fortnum’s etc. The room was compact but immaculate with great facilities and as quiet as the countryside. The surroundings were a delight and a coffee before setting out on our day in such plush surroundings was a tonic. The staff were attentive and everywhere was maintained to an exceptional standard. We were misled into believing that our room might be ready to change before we set out and then had to change in a disabled toilet which as state of the art as it was had just been used by one of the staff. Following which I was bashed into because the staff member didn’t see me as they pushed a door open into the corridor where I was standing; and being brought my hot breakfast before I had finished my cereals and the staff member clearing away my side plate to make room and then not returning it so I could enjoy my toast on a clean plate. I may sound like I am being pedantic but given the cost of the hotel, I do expect the standards of service to be commensurate with the price.

Very polite staff. Decor was nice. Location great. For the price I have stayed in better hotels. The breakfast was freshly cooked only the sausage was starting to turn and had a strange taste.

Location, staff, the look of the room. Price was a little high for the value. Unfortunately, for our booking we couldn’t much in the room or hotel, except to sleep.

Exceptional service. Every member of staff went above and beyond! Large airy room, great value for money for central London. Nothing
