Remarkably quiet for where it’s located. Staff are lovely, helpful, cheerful, and proactive. The air conditioning works 100%, even in the heat wave. (US level AC). The room is small but laid out to efficiently use the space. Nice mini kitchenette and built in water filters so you can refill your water bottles. None

It was in a good location. The staff were friendly. The facility was clean. The room had a microwave and fridge which was very helpful. The room was small for four people.

This was a last minute book and I was initially concerned because our room was in the lower level. However I found a comfortable, spotless room with lots of amenities and quite possibly the best shower I have had in a hotel. Great location! We chose this hotel because use it is nearby Victoria Station which of course also meant it was next to St James Park, Westminster attractions, and places to eat. Nothing

Quiet, clean, nice to have mini-kitchen with fridge and sink. I did not have breakfast at hotel. outlet in bathroom for razors only so could not dry hair in bathroom; faucets did not turn smoothly.

The team went above and beyond to arrange a beautiful surprise for my wife’s birthday — a gesture so thoughtful and heartfelt that it brought tears of joy. The staff were warm, genuinely friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. The location is simply perfect; steps away from the Underground and bus stops, we explored Westminster, Hyde Park, and so many iconic London landmarks with ease. And after long days of sightseeing, coming back to the hotel’s Wine Hour was pure bliss — the perfect way to unwind and recharge. Honestly, there is very little to criticise. If anything, we would have loved for the Wine Hour to last just a little longer — it was that enjoyable!
