Fantastic boutique hotel in a great location, just slightly out of the hustle and bustle, but still an easy walk to great restaurants, pubs, shopping etc. The staff were really pleasant and helpful :)

Nicely located and welcoming. Beautiful draperies and furnishings in the lobby/ breakfast room. Our room was in the basement so that was disappointing from the start. Made me feel like I was in the maids quarters. Bathroom didn’t have a shaving/ makeup mirror or lighting for anyone who wanted to apply makeup. The tub/ shower was very narrow and deep making it hard to get in and out. The shower curtain blew in and stuck to you during showering. The faucets in the sinks went deep into the bowl making them hard to use with very hard to turn handles. I actually had to have my husband turn one on for me. No facial tissues in the room.

A beautiful boutique property only 5 minute walk to Portobello Road, approx 10 minute walk to Nottinghill Gate tube station. Gorgeous decor and old world feel, daily continental breakfast. The best bit was the lovely, cheerful and kind staff. Nothing

The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Location great for the market and lots of restaurants near by. Breakfast was very poor quality and disorganised. Always something missing. Individual milk jugs needed instead of a shared bottle. We had a night without plugs in the room working and could not report as the phone was not answered. Sorted in the morning. The two armchairs in the dining room need cleaning.
