Qiet and clean environment (in and out). Well kept room. Professionalism of the personnel that attended to me. No Bar No reception. I arrived before check in time and had to wait along the street till it was time No Bar No Kitchen

The only thing this place had going for it was its location. Victoria train station is only about a 5 minute walk away. Nothing was clean. The pillowcases had unwashed makeup and mold on. Even after moving rooms 3 times due to each one having the same unclean issues. We were refused a refund.

Exactly how it was described, we only stayed one night so it was perfect for that! We wanted to check in at 15 o’clock but couldn’t because something needed to be fixed. We do appreciate that it was fixed before we entered but it messed up our plans for the day a little bit!

Excellent location and comfy beds. We were on the top floor and it was really hot in the room. The window is small. There's no AC. Although they provide a fan, it's not powerful.
