Very Central, very clean and quiet, wonderful staff, will recommend to anyone with a budget, very good value for money. I will definitely stay there again.. There was absolutely nothing not to like.

Booked this hostel because there was a miscommunication with a friend that was hosting me in London.l so I had to find another place real quick. It's been years I have last been in a hostel and let me tell you I was very positively impressed. Great position and value. The rooms are comfortable and silent. The guests are respectful and I feel like maybe more on the grown up side which is a plus to me. The hostel is clean and cozy, and communication with the host was perfect. The position is crucial and allowed me to wander easily all across London. Camden, regent's canal are all walking distance. The tube is just next door. There was one little detail that really filled my eyes with tears and it was finding a menopause infusion in the tea area I am a breast cancer patient on hormonal therapy and i get hot flushes a lot lol. This place is run with love and care and it shows. Definitely coming back on my next solo trip ♥️

Easy to get to, with clear instructions to get in.

The location was really good, I got clear instructions how to check in-out. There were 2 full lockable bathrooms for the 10 bed room. The place was not really clean unfortunately. I found hairs, eyelashes and glitters inside my bed when I went to sleep. One of the bathrooms was also not very clean.

It is quiet. There is no security for the traveler's individual belongings, generally speaking. In the hostel, you have a box, and you put your things there with a padlock (We do not have that here). There is a shared kind of kitchen space where you have water and coffee. There is no sink for cleaning or washing your utensils and the jar, and things like the electric boiler are without proper cleaning, so the administration is not paying attention to what people do here.

Great location, easy entry instructions, felt safe, clean and tidy. No actual human face to face staff contact That was weird. But I'm old fashioned. Bin in kitchen needed a clean.

Arrived at the property after midnight and found that there was someone in my bed. All the other beds were taken so I had to sit in the living room for a few hours.

It was very clean and the ambience was really good. The female dormitory is in the basement and there was no lift. So, it was a bit difficult to carry large baggage.

It is female only. The bathroom was clean. The staff member kept in touch to make sure I had everything in order. We pick up a card key with some random number. I was told to go to bed 5, but it was already taken. It was quite a mess. I believe making sure people take the beds they are allocated to, is the best policy. I arrived late and there were still some women up and about.

Aside from loosing my reservation for two nights and having to harass them a lot to get a refund. (The refund was short by 8 euro) the accommodation was very nice. Central location. Very clean and super quiet. They lost my booking for two. Ugh ya and I had to stay in terrible hostel (because it was close and I didn’t want to have to travel across the city to find one that was comparable. )

One suggestion - I could have used some napkins or a towl in the kitchen to clean up after I spilled water on the floor. I hate leaving a mess for someone to clean.
