The cleanliness and the location were perfect close to everything. If I come back, I would definitely stay here again for these reasons The hotel itself is excellent, and my rating would have been 10/10 before my experience with two staff members, Sonia and Essam. Unfortunately, after dealing with them, I would rate my overall experience 6/10. Sonia’s attitude was extremely disappointing. The way she dealt with us made it feel as though the hotel belonged to her personally rather than being a place where guests should feel welcome. After check-out, we had left our luggage at the hotel and later came back to rest in the lobby because our flight was very late. She repeatedly asked me about my flight time, and it genuinely felt like she was trying to find any possible way to make us leave. What made the situation even worse was when another staff member kindly started helping us weigh our luggage. Sonia called him away while he was helping us, which came across as unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. She tried to appear polite, but unfortunately her actions gave a completely different impression. I also had a very poor experience with Essam, and I found his attitude and service equally disappointing. It is unfortunate because the hot el itself is wonderful. The cleanliness, location, and overall quality are excellent, and I would happily return because of those things. My only serious concerns are regarding these two employees. I sincerely hope that if I return in the future, I will not have to deal with them again, as their attitude and treatment of guests negatively affect the image and standard of an otherwise excellent hotel.

Staff were excellent, great location, it’s a smaller hotel than I was expecting and has that 5 star Knightsbridge cache and flair. Room was nice but on the ground floor in the residences and really quite dark
