This is a wonderful hotel on a fantastic location near Covent Garden and the theatres. The room is a good size, with a very nice bathroom. All the staff a lovely. Very helpful and friendly. Lovely cocktail bar and restaurant on site too. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a perfect place, very central, close to shops, restaurants and the river side. Breakfast was great, full of choices The family room was on the street side and you can hear the traffic. Also due to connection room you could hear the guests in the other room

Location is amazing, the bed single but very comfortable, good AC for warm days, luggage storing available for the day, relatively clean and serves the purpose of a short trip, friendly staff, small bottle of water complementary . It is preposterous for the price of a single room (200€) to have constant banging next to your ear from the doors the guests or cleaning staff bang from 6.00 am on. There is no sound proofing from the corridor so if you wish to sleep in, you can forget about it, I left with a headache.

Room was good. Amenities were nice. I liked the water bottle and water station for refilling. Location was great. Staff was nice. We didn't have to ask to have room made up. Coffee and tea were resupplied each day. Elevators are very slow.
