Common room was nice and shower small but powerful Mattress hard, only gave you one sheet so nothing to cover duvet or pillow that had clearly been used, so was uncomfortable. And toilet was hard to flush 302

I loved the location and the common areas. The breakfast was also great. The isolation in the room was really bad. Every move from the room upstairs could be heard and the bed in the middle space was so small that you could not even seat, apart from that the bed itself was comfy.

Location is good and central Staff were distracted talking on phone, rooms were almost claustrophobic much smaller than photos suggest, shared bathrooms were tiny, spoke with a roommate who expressed they were trying to swap rooms due to harassment from another roommate and feeling uncomfortable - staff ignored their request for a different room or even moving the other person. All this had me wanting to leave within 1 hr of check-in. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable, unwelcome and unsafe in all of my accommodations.
