Good location, close to museums and short walk from bus and tube. Recommend a walk to the Kyoto garden and rose garden in Holland Park. Room utilised space well. Dedicated gluten free area behind the bar (with own toaster) for breakfast with good selection of options for all. Staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and really friendly with the children. There were issues with one of the lifts.

The breakfast was very nice because they had a lot of variety to cater for everyone. The location was also very good being in an upscale part of London. The rooms should be sound proofed to avoid people walking past the corridor at early hours of the morning may be to check out and catch their flights from disturbing guests who are still sleeping.

Booking.com Room cleaning was very poor, dirty bed sheets not changed for 3 consecutive days, toilet rolls were not kept in toilets. Breakfast options were really poor, just rotten apples in fruits or tinned peach, no other fruits. Only one falvored yogurt, no plain option, only scrambled eggs were available, refused to make fried or other kind of eggs, no continental options, no halal food option.

Staff were super friendly. Lifts were slow and one out of service for a day.

Breakfast was good. Room Layout was good. Mattress was good so sleep quality was also good. Apartment was clean. Staff was helpful. Room Size was Ok. The AC was not working as per expectation. The AC vent was at Sofa side and the cooling was not flowing to Main bed. You cannot reach to Hotel by public transport after a complete exhausting day. As comparing to Price I think size of Apartment was small.
